WOW WE ARE ALREADY ONTO DAY 4!! THAT MEANS TOMORROW I WILL BE POSTING MY FIRST PROGRESS PIC OF THIS CHALLENGE.
I HAVE BEEN FEELING REALLY GOOD THESE LAST FEW
DAYS AND AS THE SCALE SAID YESTERDAY MY HARD
WORK IS PAYING OFF. STARTING AT 201.8 AND NOW 195.2 IS A GREAT START AND KEEPING ME MOTIVATED FOR SURE...
SO LAST NIGHT I COULD NOT SLEEP THAT WELL BUT I THINK IT WAS BECAUSE MY DALLAS COWBOYS WON THEIR WILD CARD PLAYOFF GAME AGAINST THE DETROIT LIONS!!
SO AFTER A RESTLESS NIGHT I GOT UP AND GOT MY SPARK MIXED UP AND STARTING DRINKING IT. STUFF IS GREAT, IT GETS ME MOVING WITH ENERGY AND HAS NO CRASH.
TODAY WAS ALSO A BIG DAY BECAUSE THERE WAS NO FIBER DRINK TO DOWN! BUT I DID START THE PROBIOTIC PILLS. THE FIBER DRINK WILL RETURN IN DAY 7 SO ENJOY THESE DAYS WITHOUT IT HAHA....
AFTER THAT I MIXED MY MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE FOR BREAKFAST. I WAS TRYING A NEW BRAND OF PROTEIN FROM OPTIMUM NUTRITION. THE FLAVOR IS CHOCOLATE AND I WILL SAY THIS, IT MIXES WELL AND DOESN'T TASTE BAD BUT IT AINT NO MUSCLE MILK...
AFTER BREAKFAST I GATHER MY THINGS FOR MY 24 HOUR SHIFT AT THE FIRE STATION. MY LUNCH WILL BE TUNA FISH WITH CHOPPED BOILED EGGS, BROCCOLI, CARROTS, SALAD, AND SOME FAJITA STEAK.
I WILL SNACK ON SOME SWEET AND SPICY JERKY AND CHEESE AS WELL AS ANOTHER PROTEIN SHAKE LATER THIS EVENING BUT THIS ONE WILL BE COOKIES AND CREAM.
MY OMEGAPLEX WILL COME RIGHT BEFORE DINNER AND MY HERBAL CLEANSE PILLS BEFORE BEDTIME WHICH IS USUALLY AROUND 1030PM.
I GOT TO COMPLETE MY MONDAY WORKOUT CHALLENGE TODAY WHICH CONSISTED OF:

20 SQUATS
10 PUSH UPS
30 JUMPING JACKS
15 SQUATS
8 PUSH UPS
20 JUMPING JACKS

5 PUSH UPS

LEFT ARM KB SNATCH
LEFT ARM KB FRONT SQUAT
THEN SWITCH TO THE RIGHT ARM AND CONTINUE THAT PROCESS FOR 15 MINUTES...
DINNER WILL BE FAJITA STEAK WITH BRUSSELL SPROUTS AND A SALAD TONIGHT..
TOMORROW I WILL ACTUALLY GET BACK INTO THE GYM AND USE THE BARBELL AGAIN, ALTHOUGH I HAVE FALLEN BACK IN LOVE WITH THE KETTLEBELLS!!
THIS CHALLENGE IS MORE THAN JUST ABOUT ME. YES I AM COMPETING WITH MICHELLE SHAW AND HER GROUP BUT I AM SHARING THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THE FIT FOR LIFE GROUP AS WELL AND HOPEFULLY INSPIRING OTHERS THERE.
I AM ALSO DOING THIS WITH 3 FIRST TIMERS TO THE CHALLENGE AND TO ADVOCARE. MY MOTHER AND TWO AUNTS ARE DOING THIS AS WELL AND SO I KEEP IN TOUCH WITH THEM NEARLY EVERYDAY. THEY ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!!!
