DAY 3 YOUR FIRST MILESTONE, SORT OF...

WELL HERE WE ARE IN DAY 3 OF THE 24 DAY CHALLENGE AND TO BE HONEST IT HAS BEEN QUITE EASY. DAY 3 REPRESENTS OUR FIRST MILESTONE OF SORTS...

YOU SEE DAY 3 IS THE LAST DAY OF THE FIBER DRINK, UNTIL DAY 7 AGAIN HAHA...I DID SAY IT WAS SORT OF A MILESTONE

THIS MORNING I GOT FROM A REALLY GOOD NIGHTS REST AND MIXED MY FRUIT PUNCH SPARK. THIS STUFF NEVER STOPS TO AMAZE WITHIN 10-15 MINUTES MY ENERGY LEVEL IS UP AND I AM READY TO TACKLE THE DAY.



AND TODAY IS A VERY IMPORTANT DAY BECAUSE MY DALLAS COWBOYS ARE PLAYING THE DETROIT LIONS IN THE NFL WILDCARD GAME THIS AFTERNOON, SO I HAVE A LOT OF THINGS TO DO BEFORE THEN...

AFTER MY SPARK I MIX UP MY FIBER DRINK, WHICH I LOOK FORWARD TO DOWNING BECAUSE I KNOW THAT I WONT HAVE TO DRINK IT AGAIN FOR THREE MORE DAY HAHA!!



AFTER THAT I GET THE FAMILY UP AND GET THEM ALL BREAKFAST. FOR THE KIDDOS ITS CEREAL AND FOR THE WIFE AND ME IT IS 2 EGGS, BROCOLI, HAM AND TURKEY AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF CHEESE...BOOMVILLE!!

AFTER BREAKFAST I PLAY SOME NASCAR RACING ON THE XBOX WITH PAYTON MY SON, HE KICKED MY BUTT! THEN I HAD A DANCE PARTY WITH ADDISON, MY 2 1/2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WHO THINKS SHE IS 12!

KEEPING MY WATER INTAKE UP IS THE MOST DIFFICULT PART BUT I AM DOING REALLY GOOD KEEPING MY SHAKER ALWAYS FULL OF WATER.

I THEN GET MY 20 MINUTE WORKOUT IN...HERE IT IS:

LEG RAISES

THE SIZE OF KETTLEBELL I USED TODAY WAS A 50# TO REALLY GET THE HEART RATE UP...BOOMVILLE!!!

NOW I WILL GET MY SNACK OF SOME BEEF JERKY AND CHEESE AND GET MY SECOND ROUND OF SPARK IN. THEN LUNCH WILL CONSIST OF TUNA FISH, BOILED EGGS AND VEGGIES...

DINNER WILL COME DURING THE COWBOYS FOOTBALL GAME. WE ARE BBQING WINGS SO NO WORRIES THERE AND I WILL SNACK FROM THE VEGGIE TRAY. DONT WORRY I WONT FORGET MY OMEGAPLEX AND HERBAL CLEANSE BEFORE BEDTIME.



AFTER THE GAME I WILL PROBABLE MAKE A PROTEIN SHAKE TO MAKE SURE THAT I DO NOT WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT HUNGRY...

THATS RIGHT I STARTED 3 DAYS AGO AT 201.8!!!
