DAY 2 AND THE DAY ONE ATTITUDE...

WELL WE MADE THROUGH THE FIRST DAY AND PRETTY EASY IF I DON'T SAY. THERE WAS NO REAL BIG PROBLEMS, THE TASTE OF ALL THE PRODUCTS IS GREAT AND EATING CLEAN MAKES THE BODY FEEL SO MUCH BETTER...

TRY AND REMEMBER TO MIX YOUR SPARK AND FIBER DRINK WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNTS OF WATER. IF YOU GO TO LITTLE OR TO MUCH IT WILL MAKE DRINKING THEM HARDER THAN IT HAS TO BE DUE TO THE TASTE DIFFERENCE...

DO YOU REMEMBER THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR PROFESSION? WHETHER YOUR A TEACHER, AN ACCOUNTANT, A FIRE FIGHTER, A MECHANIC, A TELEMARKETER, A SALESPERSON YOU PROBABLY REMEMBER YOUR FIRST DAY AT WORK. DO YOU REMEMBER THE ATTITUDE YOU HAD ON THAT DAY? 

THAT IS CALLED THE DAY ONE ATTITUDE AND THAT IS WHAT KEEPS ME GOING. YOU SEE ON THAT FIRST DAY YOU CAME IN WITH THE ATTITUDE THAT YOU WERE GONNA DO THE BEST JOB YOU COULD, YOU WERE GONNA MAKE A DIFFERENCE, YOU WERE HELP OTHERS, YOU WERE GONNA GO ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS ASKED OF YOU...

SOMETIMES AS THE YEARS GO ON WE FORGET ABOUT THAT DAY ONE ATTITUDE AND SOMEHOW DEVELOP THE I WILL JUST GET BY AND DO MY JOB ATTITUDE. THE PROBLEM WITH THIS ATTITUDE IS THAT IT BREEDS NEGATIVITY AND SELFISHNESS. YOU SEE WITH THAT ATTITUDE YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT YOU, YOU STOP CARING TO HELP OTHERS, YOU HAVE DECIDED THAT NOTHING YOU DO MAKES A DIFFERENCE AND YOU WILL JUST DO WHAT IS NEEDED TO GET BY...

NO WAY!! NOT ME I WILL KEEP MY DAY ONE ATTITUDE AND I WILL HELP OTHERS, I WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE, I WILL DO THE ABSOLUTE BEST JOB I CAN AND I WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE DUTIES OF MY JOB!! I WILL ALSO DO MY BEST TO SHARE THIS ATTITUDE WITH OTHERS AROUND ME. I WILL NOT BE PUSHY AND PREACH BUT THEY WILL SEE MY ATTITUDE AND IT WILL BECOME INFECTIOUS. 

THE DAY ONE ATTITUDE IS WHAT IS GOING TO GET ME THROUGH THE 24 DAY CHALLENGE AND HELP ME REACH MY GOALS THIS YEAR.

SO ON TO DAY 2...

I GOT UP AFTER A BUSY SHIFT ON THE AMBULANCE AND MIXED UP MY SPARK AND DRANK IT DOWN. WITHIN 10 MINUTES I WAS FEELING THE ENERGY I NEEDED... I THEN MIXED MY FIBER DRINK AGAIN WITH CRUSHED ICED AND COLD WATER. THIS WAS A LITTLE EASIER TO GET DOWN THIS MORNING. 



AFTER THAT I STARTED FEELING THE EFFECT OF THE CLEANSE. GETTING RID OF ALL THE WASTE AND TOXINS INSIDE OUR BODIES DURING THE CLEANSE PHASE IS SO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LOSE THE MAX AMOUNT OF WEIGHT DURING THE MAX PHASE!

THEN I HAD MY BREAKFAST WHICH WAS 3 EGGS, A SMALL AMOUNT OF OATMEAL AND SOME FRESH GUACAMOLE, AWESOME!!



I WILL SNACK ON SOME CHEESE LATER AND THEN GET SOME LUNCH WHICH WILL CONSIST OF TUNA TUNA FISH AND SALAD.

I HOPE TO GET TO WORKOUT AGAIN WITH THE KETTLEBELLS AS THAT FELT REALLY GOOD YESTERDAY.

I WILL MAKE SURE TO TAKE MY OMEGAPLEX AND SNACK ON A POWER CRUNCH POWER AND THEN FOR DINNER I PLAN ON HAVING SOME BEEF FAJITAS, VEGGIES AND SOME BROWN RICE.

BEFORE BEDTIME I WILL ALSO MAKE SURE TO TAKE MY HERBAL CLEANSE PILLS...



I ALREADY FEEL BETTER, I DON'T HAVE THE BLOATED/INFLAMED FEELING IN MY STOMACH. THE SCALE EVEN SAID THAT THIS MUST BE WORKING AS I AM ALREADY DONE 3 POUNDS. I WILL HAVE A PROGRESS PICTURE ON DAY 5 TO SEE WHERE I AM AT...

STAY SAFE AND STAY WARM AND SEE YOU TOMORROW...
