SO THIS MORNING I GOT UP AFTER A DECENT NIGHT SLEEP. WATCHING THE COLLEGE PLAYOFF GAMES HELPED ME RELAX.
I PREMADE MY SPARK AND MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE THE NIGHT BEFORE SO THAT ALL I HAD TO DO WAS OPEN THE FRIDGE AND GRAB IT. I TRIED SOMETHING DIFFERENT WITH MY SPARK THIS TIME, I PREMIXED IT WITH MY CHOCOLATE MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE, OH YEA!! CHOCOLATE AND FRUIT PUNCH ACTUALLT TASTE REALLY GOOD...
AFTER DRINKING THAT LOVELY COMBONATION I MIXED MY FIBER DRINK (CITRUS) INTO MY SHAKER. THIS IS ALWAYS THE HARDEST PART FOR PEOPLE BUT IF YOU USE SOME CRUSHED ICE AND COLD WATER IT ACTUALLT GOES DOWN REALLY EASY...

LATER MY SNACK WILL BE A SMALL PIECE OF CHEESE AND LUNCH WILL CONSIST OF A CHICKEN LEG QUARTER AND A SEVING A FRESH VEGGIES..

THIRD SNACK OF THE DAY WILL BE A SMALL PROTEIN SHAKE KEEPING THE CARBS LOW. I WILL AT THIS TIME TAKE MY HEBAL CLEANSE PACKET AND TRY AND GET SOME GOOD REST. THAT WILL BE DIFFICULT DUE TO I AM ON THE AMBULANCE ON A FRIDAY NIGHT!!
