FINDING YOUR GROOVE

HAVE YOU EVER STOPPED AND WONDERED HOW LONG IT TAKES YOU TO ACCOMPLISH SOMETHING. IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT IT IS, MAYBE ITS HITTING A PR ON A CERTAIN LIFT, MAYBE ITS LOSING A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF WEIGHT, MAYBE ITS STUDYING FOR AN EXAM. 

SOMETIMES THESE THINGS TAKE WEEKS, MONTHS AND EVEN YEARS. BUT WHEN YOU ACCOMPLISH THEM THERE IS A FEELING THAT CANNOT BE EXPLAINED BY WORDS. 

BUT HAVE YOU EVER NOTICED HOW QUICKLY YOU CAN LOSE THOSE SAME GAINS. TAKE A FEW WEEKS OFF OR MAYBE EVEN MONTHS OR YEARS OFF DUE TO UNEXPECTED CHALLENGES. BOOM! GONE IS EVERYTHING YOU WORKED YOUR ASS FOR! JUST LIKE THAT...

THAT IS THE CRAZY THING, IT TAKES US A LONG TIME OF GRINDING IT OUT TO GET WHERE WE WANT TO BE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. BUT IN JUST A DAY OR TWO OR A FEW SHORT WEEKS IT CAN ALL BE GONE. 

THE BEAUTY OF THIS THOUGH IS THAT IT CAN BE REVERSED AND WE CAN WORK BACK TO WHERE WE ONCE WERE. AND EVEN BETTER THAN THAT IS THAT WE CAN SURPASS WHERE WE WERE 

BUT WE MUST FIND OUR GROOVE! WHAT DOES THAT EXACTLY MEAN, WELL IT MEANS DIFFERENT THINGS TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. BUT THE ONE COMMON THING IT MEANS IS GETTING BACK TO A PLACE THAT WORKS FOR US.

MAYBE ITS JUST A MIND SET, MAYBE IT REARRANGING OUR SCHEDULE TO FIND JUST A TAD MORE TIME. MAYBE IT MEANS SPENDING MORE TIME WITH FAMILY. MAYBE IT MEANS BEING MORE CONSISTANT WITH OUR DIET OR WORKOUTS...

AS SOON AS WE FIND OUR GROOVE THOUGH, BOOM WE TAKE OFF AND START SEEING THE RESULTS WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!

FOR ME ITS BEING MORE CONSISTANT WITH MY WORKOUTS, FINDING THAT TIME TO FIT THEM IN AND REARRANGING MY SCHEDULE BETWEEN STUDYING AND FAMILY TIME.
