I DEDICATED MYSELF TO STUDYING FOR A PROMOTIONAL EXAM AT WORK. FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS I SPENT 8 TO 10 HOURS A DAY READING AND LEARNING MATERIAL OUT OF 5 BOOKS (YES SOME OF THE BOOKS WERE THE WRONG EDITION BUT I MAKE NO EXCUSES).
I DID FAIRLY WELL FOR MY FIRST TIME, NOT AS WELL AS I HAD WANTED TO BUT LIKE I SAID I LEARNED A LOT.
I LEARNED THAT I COULD DEDICATE MYSELF TO SOMETHING IF I REALLY WANTED IT. I LEARNED THAT MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE MORE SUPPORTIVE THAN I COULD EVER IMAGINE. I LEARNED THAT BY HAVING FAITH IN WHATEVER YOU BELIEVE IN WILL BRING GOOD THINGS...
SO NOW I AM ON TO STUDYING FOR MY NEXT PROMOTIONAL EXAM BUT FIRST I AM GONNA ENJOY SOMETIME WITH THE FAMILY ON SUMMER VACATION (ACTUALLY I WILL BE STUDYING WHILE ENJOYING SUMMER VACATION LOL!)
THE OTHER THING I LEARNED DURING THIS WHOLE PROCESS IS HOW TO EAT HEALTHIER AND REDUCE CARBS AND SUGAR. AND BOY WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT HAS MADE...
MY NEXT GOAL IN MY BUILDING OF CHAMPION IS TO ADD MY WORKOUTS BACK IN ALONG WITH MY MUCH CLEANER DIET TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS! THE SKY IS THE LIMIT IF I WANT IT TO BE...

Who could greatly benefit by incorporating some hot sweaty metcon into their routines?
Police Officers, Firefighters, and Military Personnel - anybody who is unsure in what way their physical abilities may be called upon need to utilize metabolic conditioning, at least some of the time, in order to prep them for just about anything.
